Your AI, connected to your business
Your team already pays for ChatGPT or Claude. And it knows nothing about your business.
It can't see your quotes, your product data, your customer emails, your project plans. So it writes generic text while your people copy-paste context into a chat window all day — and the "AI adoption" that looked promising in month one quietly stalls in month three.
Most stalled AI attempts I meet stalled exactly here. Not because the tool is weak — because it's blind.
What gets built
Connections. There's a standard for this — MCP (Model Context Protocol) — that gives an AI assistant controlled access to the systems your business runs on. I build those connections: your mailbox (Infomaniak included), your ERP, your CRM, your product database, your project management, your files.
Your team keeps the AI chat they already know. What changes is what it can do: read the delivery note before answering, check the real price list, update the task, draft the customer reply from actual facts instead of plausible ones.
Access is scoped, not open-ended — you decide which systems are connected, and what the assistant may read versus write. One connection at a time, starting with the system that costs your team the most copy-paste.
This is the pattern behind several pages in this library: the product database employees query from their chat, the CRM that updates from a message, the meeting notes that land in the right system, the project plan that maintains itself. I run my own company on it daily.
What it changed
No single number — each connection removes its own copy-paste, and the totals live on the other pages (three to four hours a week here, a day a week there). The structural change: your team stops being the transport layer between their AI and your systems.
FAQ
What exactly can the AI access?
Only what we connect, only as far as we scope it. Read access and write access are separate decisions per system, made by you. The full data story — what goes to which provider, under what terms — is written in plain language on the offer page.
We use ChatGPT, not Claude. Do we have to switch?
No. MCP is an open standard supported across providers. I have the deepest experience with Claude and the Google stack, some with ChatGPT — I'll tell you honestly what fits your setup, and it usually starts from what your team already uses.
Is this a big IT project?
The opposite — that's the point of the standard. The first connection typically runs in days, not months, and proves itself before the second one starts. No platform migration, no license explosion.
What does the team have to learn?
Almost nothing new — they keep their chat. As part of delivery I sit with them and work through real tasks from their actual week until it sticks. That's not a course; it's how every engagement ends.
Ask your team what they copy-pasted into ChatGPT this week. That's the job this removes.
